Danielle Walker, BS, MA, PhD, CHES
Dr. Danielle Walker has an extensive background in global health. She works as an Associate Professor of Public Health, Director of Lifetime Wellness, and CEO of a global health organization. Her research is in HIV/AIDS, malaria, access to care, and health behavior change. She has worked as a health coach (personally and corporately) and currently teaches graduate courses on health behavior change/theory. Her husband is a pastor, and they have been married for almost 20 years. They have three boys and love to travel. She has a heart to journey with other moms to see them thrive in making small changes to becoming healthier.

Kathleen Henderson, BS, MS
Kathleen has a background in nutrition. As a pre-med biology major and chemistry minor, she witnessed the power of nutrition change a close family member’s life for the better. That was when she realized nutrition was a key to preventing disease and healing the body. She knew she wanted to focus on that side of healthcare. She worked as a lifestyle wellness coach before moving to Southern California. Her husband is a pastor, and they spent nearly 10 years living in Ireland. They have two girls and one boy, and love spending time together. She has a heart to help moms make health changes that last for generations.

Kelsey Miller, BS, MS, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, CPPC
Kelsey has a comprehensive background in kinesiology and fitness. She works as an Associate Professor of Kinesiology and owns a pre- post-natal personal training business. She has also worked in various roles as a personal trainer and with professional athletes to optimize performance. Her husband is a Physicians Assistant and owns his own business as well. They now have three boys and are soaking up time as a family in this new season. She has a heart to journey with other moms to see them thrive in health and faith.

Kristianna Altamirano, BS, MS, CSCS, NSCA-CPT
Kristianna has a background in kinesiology and personal training. She works as an Associate Professor of Kinesiology and Public Health and is the Chair of Exercise Is Medicine (EIM) on a college campus. She has also worked as a strength and conditioning coach to optimize athletic performance and as a personal trainer. Her husband is a Physical Therapist. They have three girls and one boy and enjoy playing sports together. She has a heart to journey with other moms to see them prevent disease and injuries so they can be at their best for their families and calling.
